Oi SNAP is an education-based photographic agency operating out of Grand Arts High School in Downtown Los Angeles. The agency was formed by photography teacher Oliver I. Shipley in 2015 to represent a number of inspired and dedicated young photographers and to provide students with targeted extracurricular work experience.
